Direct Target Marketing: Once the marketing material has been disseminated on a mass scale, Presidio will focus on direct target marketing. Presidio keeps a database of tenants and buyers and will make direct contact with those candidates whose profile is a likely fit for the subject property. This direct contact will involve phone calls, email and/or mailers.

Broker Open House: A broker open house will be held for properties that could benefit from broker tours.
Signage: Presidio has a variety of sizes of property signs that will be professionally attached to the side of a building or on a post in front of the property. We always will confirm with the Landlord the appropriate size and placement of the sign prior to installing and will promptly remove a sign when the property has been leased or sold.
